The Santuraki of Ebira land and American based entrepreneur Alhaji Saidu Ugonoh has commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for picking Dr Daniel Bwala to head his media and public communications office ,describing the appointee as a round peg in a round hole.
Alhaji Ugonoh who also served as Senior Special Assistant on Diaspora Affairs to Ex-Speaker of the House of Representatives, Aminu Wazirir Tambuwal expressed confidence that the appointment of Dr Bwala will further elevate the quality of state House communications and smoothen all rough edges .
According to him, “As a public Affairs analyst , politician and lawyer of high standing Dr Bwala has seen it all and will deploy his wealth of experience to bear on the job.
“He is well experienced , sound and well educated . He understands the nuances of public communications and I am confident that he will serve his country with commitment ,zeal and patriotism “.
“I am particularly glad that Nigeria is beginning to appreciate intellectualism and competence irrespective of where that individual comes from. What other countries look out for ,are people who will do the job. This is not time for politics ,this is the time to work .
“Nobody will know what the government is doing if there is no effective communications . Here our President has made yet another perfect choice of a spokesperson and I am truly happy that indeed Dr Bwala will deliver on the demands of this high responsibility “.
“I had said sometimes last month that the likes of Daniel Bwala will add value to this administration and pleaded with the President to take him on board. Today the President has done just that and I am truly elated, filled with joy and gratitude to God Almighty”
