Wear bra, pants or risk arrest – Anambra security outfit threatens ladies
Ladies seen in public places without wearing panties and bra would be arrested, a security outfit in Anambra State codenamed Agunechemba has declared.
The official state security outfit established by Governor Chukwuma Soludo administration announced this via a public address system, which was captured in a viral video shared on X (formerly Twitter) on Sunday.
An operative in the video which has gone viral could be seen speaking in Igbo, claiming that the directive came from the Executive Governor of Anambra, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo to the ladies in the State.
“Women wearing only panties in public would be arrested.”
As at the time of this report, the State authorities were yet to issue a statement affirming or denying the announcement.
Meanwhile, the Soludo administration established the security outfit to tackle crimes in the State which they have been actively battling with kidnappers.
Lately, the outfit has taken the battle to shrines which some shrine priests have been arrested after they were linked with kidnappers and ritualists.
