Elite Lawyers congratulates newly elected NBA President, others, says emergence a boost to legal profession
Elite Lawyers Association, ELA, a group founded by Solomon Ita Enang has felicitated the newly elected Nigerian Bar Association, NBA President, Mazi Afam Osigwe, SAN and other executives who emerged through a rigorous and one of the most transparent election in the annals of NBA election.
In a statement issued by the founder and president of the Elite Lawyers Association, Solomon Ita Enang which was made available to journalists on Friday, said the emergence of Osigwe at this time is a sure-bet to having a vision for ‘a proactive bar’ to revamping Nigeria’s legal system.
The Elite Lawyers Association reiterated their stance to work in unison with the newly elected executive committee of the NBA and other relevant bodies to propel the nation’s legal profession to greater heights.

CAPITAL POST recalled that Mazi Afam Osigwe, a former Secretary General of the Nigerian Bar Association emerged winner in the NBA election having polled 20,435 votes to beat his closest rival, Tobenna Erojikwe who scored 10,998 votes.
