COVID-19: Mbaka reopens adoration ground after five months closure
Christian faithful reunited at the Adoration Ministries ground in Enugu after it has been reopened by its Spiritual Director, Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka.
The Adoration was shut for over five months due to coronavirus pandemic for safety purposes.
Following government’s lifting of ban on congregation, Father Mbaka on Sunday resumed his weekly Mass and ministration at the Adoration grounds.
During the service, Mbaka welcomed the congregation with a cheering news of a member’s miraculous staggered delivery of twin baby boys during the COVID-19 lockdown.
He disclosed that the couple had tried everything while seeking a baby boy, including travelling abroad without success.
In his first sermon on Sunday, titled: ‘Save Me Lord’, Mbaka ditched out a stern warning that those who are hellbent on destroying his ministry might not live to tell their story. He urged them to desist from detracting him to avoid the wrath of God.
Mbaka stressed: “Like you know, whenever we declare prophecy here, the whole country goes gaga and they begin to plan evil. But woe betides whoever that should allow himself to be used to try any attack on me or this ministry.
“You may not like me; I may not be among those you consider as good people, but I know that God is using me to save people and minister succour to mankind.”
