BREAKING: Osun governorship: Court Of appeal reserves judgment indefinitely

The Court of Appeal on Monday reserves judgement in case between Osun State governor, Ademola Adeleke of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and the former governor, Adegboyega Oyetola.

Oyetola is challenging the declaration of Adeleke as winner of Osun State governorship election which was conducted on July 16, last year.

The Tribunal however ruled in favour of Oyetola, and the ruling was rejected, hence Adeleke has gone to the Court of Appeal.
