Edo State governor, Godwin Obaseki has resigned from the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).

He.has also announced his resignation as a card carrying member APC.

He made the announcement on Tuesday, adding that he will in days to come announce the new political platform where he will be seeking his re-election soon.
His resignation was as a result of his disqualification from seeking re-election by the APC.
