Breaking: Buhari appoints Prof. Gambari new Chief of Staff
President Muhammadu Buhari has appointed Professor Ibrahim Gambari as the new Chief of Staff.

Prof. Gambari replaces late Abba Kyari, who died in a Lagos hospital after battling with coronavirus pandemic.

Gambari, who is a career diplomat and an academic icon was Buhari’s, foreign Minister and confidant as military Head of State in the 1980s.
Sources close to the Villa confirmed that both met at about 8 am on Tuesday at the State House, Abuja.
He will resume work on Wednesday.
