BREAKING: APC schedules caucus, NEC meetings for next week
The National Working Committee (NWC) of the ruling All Progressives Congress has scheduled its National Caucus and National Executive Committee (NEC) meetings for Tuesday, February 25, and Wednesday, February 26, 2025, respectively.
This was confirmed in a notice signed by the party’s National Secretary, Senator Surajudeen Ajibola Bashiru, in Abuja on Friday night.
According to the notice, the National Caucus meeting is set to take place at the Banquet Hall, Presidential Villa, at 6 PM on Tuesday.
The National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting is scheduled for 10 AM on Wednesday at the party’s National Secretariat, 40 Blantyre Street, Wuse 2, Abuja.
Both meetings are being convened in accordance with Articles 12.5 and 12.3 of the party’s constitution.
Sources indicate that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the dates for the meetings.
A reliable source within the party’s administrative structure disclosed that the National Chairman, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, secured the dates for these crucial meetings on Thursday night.
