Bandits kidnap Zamfara monarch in fresh attack
Bandits on Thursday, attacked Kaura-Namoda Local Government Council of Zamfara State and kdnapped the District Head Of Kasuwar Daji, Ibrahim Sarkin Fada.
The District Head was kidnapper from his residence in the early hours of Thursday.
Confirming the report to journalists, an indigene of the area, Malam Audu Mohammed, said the bandits who stormed Kasuwar Daji Village in large numbers went straight to the village head’s house where they abducted him and took him to their camp n the forest.
He said, “I was in my house when I heard gunshots around 2:30 to 3:00 am last Thursday.
Another resident called later around 4 am to explain how the district head was kidnapped.
The security agents were yet to comment on the issue as at the time of filing this report.
