“No other candidate has the constitutional spread to be sworn in as governor”, the judgment lack fruit of justice.
Meanwhile, the governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Nwike has cautioned APC Chairman against unguarded utterances that would set the nation on fire.
He wondered how Oshiomole who was losing out his godfatherism battle with Edo State governor, Godwin Obaseki is trying to forment trouble.
Reacting to the judgment, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) said it would abide by the Court’s directive.
“INEC has retrieved its certificate of Return from David Lyon and issued the PDP candidate in line with the Court directive.”
