Bello turning bread into stone in Kogi – Shehu Sani
As reactions continue to trail bread levy in poverty stricken Kogi State, former lawmaker representing Kaduna Central Senatorial district, Shehu Sani on Friday lampooned Kogi State governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello over levy on every loaf of bread.

Shehu Sani’s tweet, one among many others said, Yahaya Bello has turned bread into stone after he seems to have defeated coronavirus in Kogi State.
In a piece which suggested mockery of the governor’s decision, Sani wrote:
“After defeating COVID in Kogi, Bello the priest is miraculously turning bread into stone,” the former lawmaker wrote.
Meanwhile, Kogi State Commissioner for Information and Communications, Kingsley the in a statement said, the levy on every load of bread sold is meant to protect indigenous bakers from those who bring bread to the state without paying any form of levy.
