Breaking: #ENDSARS protest rocks Rivers as youths snub Wike’s directive

Port Harcourt, the capital of Rivers State on Tuesday grounded by the protesting youths for the Federal Government to end SARS.

Tuesday’s protest was in defiance of Governor Nyesom Wike’s ban on protest in Rivers State.

The protesting youths converged opposite the Pleasure Park on Aba Road and began their procession, insisting the Governor had no right to ban peaceful protests.

CAPITAL POST reports that President Muhammadu on Sunday through the Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Adamu scrapped SARS.

Protest tagged #ENDSARS has been held throughout the Federation since last week with the campaign gaining global attention.
