Obi congratulates Donald Trump over Presidential election victory

The former presidential flagbearer of the Labour Party, LP, Peter Obi has congratulated the United States President-elect, Donald Trump, and commended the democratic processes that led to the emergence of Trump.

CAPITAL POST reported that Donald Trump emerged winner of the Presidential election that was fiercely contested between the Republicans and Democrats with Lady Kamala Harris as democrats presidential flagbearer.

In a statement by the Peter Obi Media Reach (POM Spokesman Ibrahim Umar Obi expressed hope that Trump’s victory would serve to strengthen democracy worldwide and foster greater peace and stability across the globe.

He commended both American electoral officials and the citizens for their role in ensuring a successful election process.
