Minna NBA celebrates IBB @ 83

The Chairman, Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Minna branch, Barrister Isyaku Barau, has described the former Nigeria military leader, General Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida as a distinguished nation builder whose service to the country has impacted many facets of life in Nigeria.

This was contained in a press statement issued by the chairman of the association and made available to Journalists in Minna at the weekend to commemorate the 83rd birthday of the elder statesman.

According to the chairman, his leadership style as military leader has left behind a lasting legacy that will stand the test of time, adding that the legal profession is among the many areas where he has made a remarkable contributions to its development.

“On behalf of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Minna Branch and its members, I extend our heartfelt congratulations to our esteemed elder statesman and patriot, His Excellency Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida, on the occasion of his 83rd birthday.

“Ibrahim Babangida is a distinguished nation builder whose service to our country has profoundly impacted many facets of life in Nigeria, leaving a lasting legacy that will stand the test of time. The legal profession is among the many areas where he has made remarkable contributions to its development.
