A Magistrate Court sitting in Abuja, Federal Capital Territory has summoned Actress Tonto Dikeh over alleged criminal trespass and assault.
According to Court papers sighted on Friday, the applicant, Elvis Abuyere, the chief executive officer of Skyewise Group Limited, a car dealership company in Abuja, filed the suit, alleging criminal trespass, force and assault by the defendant and her bodyguard.
The Court papers further showed that Emmanuel Iyanna, chief magistrate, ordered the actress and her bodyguard to appear before the court on August 21st to answer the charges levelled against them.
“WHEREAS your attendance is required to answer to a charge of Criminal Trespass (State the offence concisely with time and place) you are hereby summoned to appear in person before CMC at Wuse Zone 6 on the August 21st, 2024,” the document added.
