1 Year Anniversary: Estate developer congratulates President Tinubu, plead Nigerians for patience

The Chief Executive Officer, CEO of Save Well Luxury Homes, Abdulrasheed Muideen Romeo, has congratulated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his achievements so far within one year of office.

He said, Tinubu has done some developmental projects in line with the “Renewed Hope Agenda” and also beg Nigerians to be a little bit patient with the president.

Change of Name

In a statement which was made available to CAPITAL POST in Abuja on Thursday, the real estate investor maintained that what Tinubu is doing is not a short term investment plan, just like Investment in real estate takes time, hence, the benefits of investing in real estate include the appreciation of capital assets like land over time and in other words, one’s property’s value will be worth way more 30 years from now.

Abdulrasheed advised government to invest heavily in real estate business which he said has been for the strong hearted and those with the push to invest and take risk.

Romeo who hails from Osogbo in Osun state was born in Kaduna state. He explained that Savewell Luxury Homes was founded 2 years ago and has been expanding ever since.

Married with two kids, the member of REDAN is a graduate of Nasarawa Polytechnic. He said his goal is to satisfy his clients by providing exquisite homes for them.

“I believe our mandate is to create and build the best and most comfortable homes needed by our clients with international standard. We have never disappointed any of our clientele and are happy whenever we put smiles on their faces.

“Since inception of Save Well Luxury Homes, we’ve partnered with various organisations to providing them with modern facilities that are of international standard.
