BREAKING: Kogi Election Petition Tribunal begins sitting

The Kogi State Election Petition Tribunal on Monday begins sitting. Today has been slated for ruling in a case between the Social Democratic Party, SDP and the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC

Alhaji Muritala Yakubu Ajaka is the governorship candidate for SDP, while Ododo Ahmed Usman is the governorship candidate for the APC.

Today Tribunal sitting has sent panic into both camps, with high level of speculationa for the past days.

So far, the Court rules:

1. Certificates forgery struck out in Favour of Ododo

2. Not filling ontime struck out in Favour of MURI AJAKA.

3. Now on over-voting analysis.
