BREAKING: Bandits storm Kogi State University Osara, abducts students

Bandits have stormed Confluence University of Science and Technology, CUSTECH on Thursday and abducted a yet-to-be confirmed number of students.

Eye witness account said, bandits stormed the school in their numbers and kidnapped students who were studying in various classes preparatory for their examination.

A student who escaped from the scene of attack explained that local security responded immediately, but were overpowered due to bandits’ superior gun fire before they moved some students into the bush.

CAPITAL POST could not confirm the number of abducted students immediately from Kogi State Police Command as at 8.30pm on Thursday when the incident happened.
