Sunday Worship Service: Topic: Functioning in the Fourth Dimension (2)

There are 3 sets of people in the Bible:
1. The Jews
2. The Gentiles
3. Believers
Initially we had the Jews and Gentiles.
Abram was a Gentile. He came from a family of idols. God wanted to have a people he can call his own. People who he can teach how to worship him and how they are to live; so he raised up Abraham and out of him came a generation of God’s people (the Israelites).

God gave these people laws but they couldn’t meet up with obeying these laws. They abandoned the laws and resorted to idols.

God became quiet for a long time after several failed attempts from priests and prophets to warn the people from their evil ways.

After a long time, John the Baptist came to the scene and introduced the ministry of Jesus.

The way the Jews expected the coming of Jesus wasn’t what they saw so they doubted him as the Messiah. They expected to see a King come with great flamboyance and pomposity.

However some accepted Jesus and these are the ones we call Believers.

Many Christians of today are like the Israelites (Jews). They have the Torah (Bible) but do not read it. They did not have a relationship with God. They only appear, act and claim Christianity as their religion. There were however a few people like Abraham, Moses, David, Daniel… who had a personal relationship with God. Likewise now, just a few believers have a personal relationship with God.

Jesus came to introduce the faith of Abraham to people.

A relationship with God will make you serve God with joy but you can serve God with pride, frustration, anger, self.. without having a relationship with God.

Your soul cannot act alone. It needs your body and spirit.
The seen realm came from the unseen realm.

‭‭Hebrews 11:3 NLT‬‬
[3] By faith we understand that the entire universe was formed at God’s command, that what we now see did not come from anything that can be seen.

God wants us to operate like him.
God do not want you to live a life of complaining and grumbling.
Your life is guided by your words first then actions.

‭‭Genesis 1:26-27 NLT‬‬
[26] Then God said, “Let us make human beings in our image, to be like us. They will reign over the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, the livestock, all the wild animals on the earth, and the small animals that scurry along the ground.” [27] So God created human beings in his own image. In the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.

This is the forth dimension of God through his Spirit calling those things that are not to existence.

‭‭Genesis 2:7 NLT‬‬
[7] Then the Lord God formed the man from the dust of the ground. He breathed the breath of life into the man’s nostrils, and the man became a living person.

‭‭Genesis 1:11-12 NLT‬‬
[11] Then God said, “Let the land sprout with vegetation—every sort of seed-bearing plant, and trees that grow seed-bearing fruit. These seeds will then produce the kinds of plants and trees from which they came.” And that is what happened. [12] The land produced vegetation—all sorts of seed-bearing plants, and trees with seed-bearing fruit. Their seeds produced plants and trees of the same kind. And God saw that it was good.

‭‭Genesis 2:1-8 NLT‬‬
[1] So the creation of the heavens and the earth and everything in them was completed. [2] On the seventh day God had finished his work of creation, so he rested from all his work. [3] And God blessed the seventh day and declared it holy, because it was the day when he rested from all his work of creation. [4] This is the account of the creation of the heavens and the earth. When the Lord God made the earth and the heavens, [5] neither wild plants nor grains were growing on the earth. For the Lord God had not yet sent rain to water the earth, and there were no people to cultivate the soil. [6] Instead, springs came up from the ground and watered all the land. [7] Then the Lord God formed the man from the dust of the ground. He breathed the breath of life into the man’s nostrils, and the man became a living person. [8] Then the Lord God planted a garden in Eden in the east, and there he placed the man he has made.

God had already spoken before he planted and went into the active work of creation. We labour because we have not spoken. You are laboring out of your senses and imagination. Working becomes easy when you have already spoken.

Your future was already there before you were created. Our birth was to connect us to what had already been done when we were created.

Pray that the Lord enforces his will over your life according to the volumes of the Book of what is written concerning you.

Grace brings money to your account. Faith is the step you take to get the money out.

Faith is a currency. It is an exchange. Without faith it is impossible to please God.

Your connection to Jesus links you to the realm of the Spirit.

‭‭2 Peter 1:3 NLT‬‬
[3] By his divine power, God has given us everything we need for living a godly life. We have received all of this by coming to know him, the one who called us to himself by means of his marvelous glory and excellence.

As you eat physical food to stay healthy you must also do things that makes you spiritually robust. You need to feed your spirit so that you can stand and overcome in the physical world.
