I don’t womanise, drink, but spends N20 million on activism yearly – Deji Adeyanju
Nigeria’s foremost activist, Comrade Deji Adeyanju has revealed that he neither drink nor womanise, but highly passionate being an activist.
Adeyanju who is the Coordinator of Concerned Nigerians said, though he is an activist, he is committed to his business where he makes money that he spends on activism.
In a post on his verified twitter handle on Saturday, the activist further revealed that he spends nearly N20 million yearly on his activism, adding that if arrested, he spend money on legal fees and prison maintenances.
He wrote: “I don’t drink, smoke or womanize. All I do is face my businesses. Only activism takes away my money.
Deji explained how he fell sick last year after he was released from detention, but travelled abroad for medical attention.
“Last year, I spent over N20m of my money on activism including flying myself abroad for treatment. The year before also spent close to N20m on legal fees & maintenance in prison.
