Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, Dr Betta Edu waiting and sleeping in EFCC office on Tuesday

The suspended Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation was spotted sleeping on a chair in the waiting room of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC headquarters, Jabi, Abuja.
While sleeping, the embattled Minister leaned on wall to have a bit of comfort so that she could sleep well.
Dressed in overall cream colour garment with newly fixed weavon hair, Dr Edu was handed over to the anti-grant agency for a thorough investigation over alleged diversion of N585.2 million into a private account out of N3 billion found missing from the NSIP account.
She reported to the EFCC office on Tuesday and waited for long hours to be attended to, by the EFCC investigators, before she suddenly slept off.
The picture of Betta Edu while in deep sleep began to surface online in the early hours of Wednesday.
Sources within the EFCC indicated that she might be released immediately after interrogation or before the end of Wednesday.
