Ex-Minister of Aviation, Fani-Kayode praises Hamas terrorists to ‘high heavens’, says they are most courageous to confront Israeli military
A former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode on Saturday praised Hamas terrorists in Gaza and described them as most courageous for confronting the Israeli Defence Forces, IDF, saying their names would be written in gold, even if the war was over and they all died.
Fani-Kayode who has been criticizing Israeli Defence Forces in his series of Tweets since the war began on October 7, 2023, said Hamas have proven themselves worthy in battle with the State of Israel which he said are one of the greatests, most powerful, most wealthy, most relentless and most connected nations and empires that the world has ever known.
At last last, close to 23,000 Palestinians have been in war between Hamas terrorists and Israeli military with over 19,000 wounded, while over 8,000 are missing.
The war was triggered on October 7, 2023 with 1,200 Israelis killed, while about 139 are currently held hostage by Hamas terrorists.
In in a post on his X (formerly Twitter), Fani-Kayode wrote:
“When the #Gaza war is long over and the history of the world is written the great and beautiful people of Palestine will be recorded as being amongst the most gallant, most courageous, most resilient, most noble and most profound that ever existed.
“With next to nothing and little support from the rest of the world, they stood up to one of the greatest, most powerful, most wealthy, most relentless and most connected nations and empires that the world has ever known in the person of the State of Israel and they simply refused to be robbed of their land, heritage and identity, displaced, driven into exile, exterminated, wiped out and erased from history. Hamas’ Al Qassim fighters have proved themselves worthy in battle as they fight the @IDF from house to house in defence of their people and homeland.
“They are indeed the Spartans of our age. Even if the Zionist Army manage to kill every single one of them in battle in the same way that the famous 300 Spartans under King Leonides were killed at the battle of Thermopalaye, their names will be embedded in gold and they shall be remembered forever.
“They and their people have endured and resisted the most brutal, insidious and sinister form of oppression, tyranny, subjugation and occupation for the last 75 years and yet they are still standing. What a people! This is the stuff of which heroes and legends are made!
“I admire their firm resolve and strength of purpose and I salute their courage. I shout it from the depths of my soul and with every fiber of my being that “from the river to the sea, Palestine WILL be free!”
