BREAKING: Lalong sworn in Senator to represent Plateau South Senatorial District
Senate President, Godswill Akpabío on Wednesday sworn in Barr Solomon Bako Lalong to represent Plateau South Senatorial District.
Lalong resigned as Minister of Labour, Employment and Productivity in President Bola Tinubu’s government last week.

He was declared winner by the Court of Appeal having contested on the platform of the All Progressives Congress with his rival and immediate past Minority leader, Napoleon Bali who was removed by the Court of Appeal.
Lalong was also the immediate past governor of Plateau State and the Director General of Tinubu/Shettina Presidential Campaign Organisation.
