IHRC honours Amb. Shehu Ma’aji

The World Chairman of the International Human Rights Commission (IHRC), and Intergovernmental Organization Ambassador Dr. Muhammad Shahid Amin Khan, has appreciated an iconic Nigerian with medal of honour.

Accordingly, in furtherance with the gesture, the IHRC Chairman, Amb. Dr. Khan has given Amb. Dr. Malami Shehu Ma’aji, MFR, with the Medal of honour of the Commission and decorated him with the Ambassador’s Sash officially.

This honour and decoration took place at the closing date of Cop’28’ United Arab Emirates (UAE), at United Nations Climate Change Conference, on 12th December 2023, at United Nations Building.

Indeed, it was a double celebration for Amb. Dr. Malami Shehu Ma’aji, who was earlier honoured with Certificate of commendation by the Republic of Azerbaijan Heyder Aliyev Foundation, for “Plant a tree”, at the opening of the conference in UAE.
