Israel-Hamas: IDF to send ferocious attack dogs into Hamas tunnels

Dramatic footage shows dogs being trained to hunt people in the Hamas tunnels.

Dogs could be deployed into the vast tunnel network used by Hamas to assist Israel’s underground offensive.

New training footage shared by IDF spokesman Ofir Gendelman shows a hound running through a tunnel before mauling a target.

These specially-trained dogs are part of the Oketz unit which locate hidden hideouts, detect explosives and attack enemies.

Israeli soldiers are currently fighting through air and land in Gaza, circling Gaza City.

Entering the tunnel system is expected to be a crucial part of their siege.
