BREAKING: Court of Appeal sacks Senator Ishaku Abbo

Senator representing Adamawa North Senatorial District, Ishaku Elisha Abbo has been sacked.

He was sacked by the Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja on Monday.

Abbo who is a second timer to the Senate had defected from the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP to the All Progressives Congress, APC.

His first election in 2019 that brought him to the 9th Senate was on the PDP platform.

Court declared his election null and void and declared his rival, Amos Yohanna as the duly elected Senator.
