The Nigerian Police Force has sent condolences to the family, fans and friends of the late Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba popularly called Mohbad over his demise. The police described his death as tragic and vowed to unravel the circumstances surrounding his untimely death.
Mohbad passed away while performing on stage in Lagos last week. His demise has been trailed with speculations of sort.
In a statement by the Force Public Relations Officer, Lagos State Police Command, said, the force is “committed to a comprehensive investigation into this matter, as the Lagos State Commissioner of Police has been tasked to unravel the circumstances surrounding his death.”
The Police assured the public that they would be kept abreast of development after investigation, while they encourage family members or close associates with valuable information to approach the Lagos State Commissioner of Police to assist in this process.
“In the meantime, we kindly request that individuals refrain from making statements or engaging in activities that could jeopardize the ongoing investigation. Your trust and support are deeply valued.”
