Lagos Night Club Murder: Davido’s former signee, Trevboi, declared wanted by police
Nigeria popular afrobeat star, David Adeleke’s former Signee, Trevboi has been declared wanted in connection with the killing of a man simply identified as Kenny who was shot dead on Sunday night at Bar 38 club located on Shiro Street in the Fadeyi area of Lagos.
Mr Adeleke popularly called Davido had Trevboi as his former Signee in his music industry before they parted ways.
The former Signee was declared wanted by the Lagos Command of the Nigeria Police Force for allegedly shooting and killing Kenny at a nightclub in Lagos over a yet-to-be known reasons.
It was gathered that the deceased, identified simply as Kenny, was shot dead on Sunday night at Bar 38 club located on Shiro Street in the Fadeyi area of Lagos.
A friend of the deceased, known as Cloud Target on Twitter, said Trevboi was fully armed and dangerous.
He urged anyone with information of his whereabouts to contact the police immediately.
“WANTED!!!! WANTED!!!! Shot and killed my friend yesterday in Bar 38 club, Fadeyi. Known as Trevboi. He’s armed and dangerous.
Wherever you are Trevboi, you’ll pay the price. Any information about him will be appreciated. Kindly retweet,” Cloud Target wrote.
Reacting to the tweet, the Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, said the police had commenced an investigation into the matter, adding that the suspect abandoned his car and fled on foot.
“We commenced an investigation minutes after the incident happened. The suspect abandoned his car and fled on foot. The car and the documents in it are in our custody. Investigation is ongoing,” the police spokesperson said.
