Failed Marriage: Jim Iyke admits being a terrible husband

Veteran Nollywood actor, Jim Iyke has admitted that he is the cause of his failed marriage.

The movie star opened up on his past marriage while speaking in a chat with Chude Jideowo on his show.

Speaking during the interview, Jim Iyke revealed that he had been the reason why his marriage that produced three children failed.

He said despite being a good father to his kids, he was a woeful husband to his wife which was why she left him.

He noted that a person can only be mediocre if he lets his emotions overwhelm him, and each time he gets emotional, he usually acts mediocre.

“They say to buzz up, own up. There is a part of me that takes the easy route out. Every time I did something in my life and fail, i always did it when I was emotional. I am extremely proficient and being deliberate and strategic about everything i do. So every time I failed it was because I got emotional and then I became mediocre”, he said.
