Senator Ifeanyi Ubah never reject Innoson Motors at Senate Committee – Chulwuma
The Managing Director of Innoson Motors, Mr. Innocent Chukwuma has exonerated Senator Ifeanyi Ubah over allegation against the lawmaker that he opposed the patronage of Innoson vehicles at a Committee hearing.
In a statement by the Managing Director of Innoson Motors, Mr. Innocent Chukwuma which was signed by Cornel Igwe, head of Corporate Communications on Tuesday, he explained that Senator Ifeanyi Ubah has cordial relationship with the company.
The Industrialist said the lawmaker has patronized Innoson products immensely that would be difficult for him to oppose the same products.
The statement said: “Senator Ifeanyi Ubah is my brother and he is a proud customer of not just Innoson Vehicles, but as well, Innoson Technical and Industrial Ltd, and our plastic division company.
“To the best of my knowledge, Ifeanyi Ubah has bought vehicles from us both for his personal use and for his charitable works.
“Having said this, I do not believe the news circulating round the social media sphere that Distinguished Senator Ifeanyi Ubah rejected Innoson Vehicles in a Senate Committee meeting.
“I therefore urge us all to disregard the news in its entire entirety as this is only the figment of the imagination of the writer.
“Innoson Vehicles will continue to produce durable and affordable vehicles both for the Nigerian and African markets.”
