Speaking to the delegation of Muri Ambassador Network, Muritala Yakubu Ajaka says women and youths will feature prominently in his administration when elected.
Muritala spoke on Friday while receiving a delegation of MURI AMBASSADORS NETWORK (MAN) led by the coordinator Mustapha Hassan Obaje at his office in Abuja.
Speaking on youth empowerment, Muri said his administration would provide facilities to enable sustainable youth development.
He also said the elderly, poor, and vulnerable persons, especially women would enjoy improved infrastructure and social services.
“We shall reposition Kogi economy to bring about growth and development through job creation, Export, food security and an end of extreme poverty,”
“In our administration, women and youths will be the rallying point,”
“My administration will create meaningful opportunities for our women because when you empower women, you have empowered the Nation
He called on the leadership of Muri Ambassadors Network and the good people of kogi State to support him in making Kogi State a great state.
Responding to the media, the coordinator Mustapha Hassan Obaje said
“He is ready to take over from Yahaya Bello and a course to a greater prosperity for youth and women”
