Youth Leaders Forum elects Auwal as Chairman

The Association of National Youth Leaders Forum of political parties has elected Amb. Muhammad Auwal, the National Youth Leader of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP), as it Chairman.

He emerged winner as Chairman on Friday in Abuja.

Change of Name

According to a statement signed by Sulaiman Better, Aide to the national youth leader, the move mark a significant step towards fostering unity, cooperation, and inclusive youth leadership across political parties in Nigeria.

“The Association of National Youth Leaders Forum of All Political Parties (ANYLAPP) is delighted to announce the selection of Amb. Muhammad Auwal, the National Youth Leader of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP), as the Chairman of the association.

“This momentous occasion marks a significant step towards fostering unity, cooperation, and inclusive youth leadership across political parties in our nation.
Amb. Muhammad Auwal’s Musa selection as the Chairman of ANYLAPP is a testament to his exceptional leadership qualities, commitment to youth empowerment, and his unwavering dedication to the development of our great nation.

With an impressive track record of accomplishments, Amb. Auwal Musa has consistently advocated for youth engagement, socio-economic progress, and good governance.”

Amb. Huhammad Auwal is to be assisted by Hon. Chinazam Ike of ADP as Deputy Chairman, alongside Comrade Wolimoh Olajide of PRP as Secretary amongst others.

Other new executives of the forum include, Alh. Abdulraman D. Muh’d of Accord Party as Organizing Secretary, Uchechukwu Chukwume of SDP as Publicity Secretary, Hon. Hauwa Yusuf of ADC as Financial Secretary, and Hon. Chigozie Udozu of YPP as Treasurer.

“The forum took nominations to fill the executive offices and the following people emerged:
1. Amb. Muhammad Auwal Musa – Chairman, NNPP.
2. Comrade Wolimoh Olajide – Secretary, PRP.
3. Hon. Chinazam Ike – Deputy Chairman, ADP.
4. Alh. Abdulraman D. Muh’d – Organizing Secretary, ACCORD Party.
5. Uchechukwu Chukwume – Publicity Secretary, SDP.
6. Hon. Hauwa Yusuf – Financial Secretary, ADC.
7. Hon. Chigozie Udozu – Treasurer, YPP.

9. The newly elected members took their oath of office and were charged by members of the forum to discharge their duties honestly and dedicatedly. They were admonished to double efforts towards taking the forum to enviable heights as the confidence reposed on them was indeed done in good faith going by their precedence and competence”

The forum in its communique after the meeting called on all members of it’s constituency, the youth constituency to refrain from being used as willing tools in the hands of desperate politicians to scuttle the course of the Democratic processes that are playing out post election.

“The elections may not have been perfect but the forum calls on all members of it’s constituency the youth constituency to refrain from being used as willing tools in the hands of desperate politicians to scuttle the course of the Democratic processes that are playing out post election. They strongly advised the youth to allow the legal process run its course as there is a stipulated process for addressing anomalies ariaing from elections. ”
