Regina Daniel to bear many children in accordance with Islamic faith. – Ned Nwoko

Ned Nwoko has revealed that he would father more children according to islamic faith.

He spoke during the naming ceremony of the baby boy delivered for him by the Nollywood actress, Regina Daniel.

Change of Name

Ned Nwoko said he is a muslim and would handle his marriage according to islamic faith, saying that he married the actress because, she is peace loving, disciplined and homely.

The father of Regina Daniel, Mr. Jude Ojegwu who was aggrieved over his daughter’s marriage due to over aged Ned Nwoko, however paid a surprise visit to grace the naming ceremony who took place on in Abuja on Friday.

During the event, he reconciled with his daughter and put behind him opposition to their marriage.

“With the arrival of the baby, I have forgotten everything and accepted it as the wish of God,’ Ojegwu told journalists.

“The birth of this child has answered the question (about the controversy); everybody craves for peace, joy and happiness. I have accepted everything.

“I feel very happy having a grandchild and that is why I am here. I travelled all the way from Lagos to this place just to celebrate with the family. I told him (Nwoko) and the mother to call him Ifechukwude which means what God has written.”

During the event, Nwoko said:

“I am yet to reach my target on the number of children. At the appropriate time, the target would be known.

“My little boy is bearing my middle name, Munir. It means light. It is an Islamic name and I am a Muslim. I am still very young, I have my target when it comes to child-bearing and I have not reached my target yet.

“God speaks through man. So when the time comes, you will know. Regina is a lovely woman, patient, easy-going, homely, disciplined and peaceful”, Ned Nwoko noted.

The event attracted many Nollywood stars, including Oge Okoye and Segun Arinze.
