Kano State zonal commander of the anti-graft agency, Faruk Dogondaji stated this in an interview with journalists, revealing that 10 of the suspects were arrested in Doguwa Local Government Area of Kano State while two were nabbed in Kankiya Council Areas of Katsina State.
The suspects were said to have been arrested while trying to share money to voters before casting their votes and canvassing for votes.
Dogondaji noted that the suspects were arrested with N1,357,500 in Doguwa LGA, while two others were arrested with N242,000 in Kankia LGA in Katsina State.
“We will also be physically present at all the collation centres to prevent change of results,” he said.
