Senators-elect to be sworn into 10th Senate [See list]
As the ninth National Assembly session terminates on May 29, a new set of Senators are expected to be sworn into office with high expectations.
Some Senators who were elected on their various Political Parties have been cleared by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC and they have since been issued with Certificates of Return.
However, some States have inconclusive elections which the electoral umpire was expected to conduct bye-elections in line with the provisions of the Electoral Act.
