House of Representatives member Representing Jos South/Jos East Federal Constituency in the National Assembly and Reps member-elect, Hon. Dachung Musa Bagos, has congratulated Barr. Caleb Mutfwang on his victory at the Plateau State Gubernatorial election held on 18th March 2023.
He said the declaration of Mutfwang as the winner is a Divine Mandate by God, true reflection, and an indication that the People of Plateau have spoken through the Ballot
Bagos expressed confidence in the competence, and capacity of Mutfwang as the Governor-elect of the State and described the win as a victory for democracy and the good people of Plateau State.
The Lawmaker in a Congratulatory Message to Barr. Mutfwang on Monday, lauded the entire process, adding that the election was conducted peacefully and thanked all those who participated in it for promoting a good democratic process.
According to him, God is the Pillar and lover of Plateau citizens and decided to bring the Biblical Caleb to lead at his appointed time.
He hailed the people of Plateau State, describing them as true heroes of democracy for setting the pace in ensuring that their votes count and opening a new page in the electioneering process in Nigeria.
“We appreciate God Almighty for the success of Plateau and salute the entire good people of the State for displaying unprecedented courage by speaking so loudly through their votes to end bad governance, poverty, insecurity and bring development. They are indeed the true heroes of this election and I congratulate Plateau” Bagos said.
“We stand with the good people of Plateau and sending a clear message to Nigerians that we are prepared and ready to rescue them from the hardship and woes that they have been thrown into.
