Justice Ajanah didn’t die of coronavirus – Yahaya Bello

Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello has broken silence on the late Justice Nasiru Ajanah.

He said Ajanah died a natural death and not due to COVID-19 as being portrayed, while he didn’t disxlose the ailmemt that killed him.

Bello stated this at a three day Fidau prayer of the late Chief Judge of Kogi State, Bello advised the citizens not to live in fear. He added that the disease was imported and Nigerians were made to forcelly believe it.

“Those saying that Justice Ajanah died of COVID-19 are mischief makers and its a political statement.”

Describing the death of late Chief Justice of the State, Bello said “Justice Nasiru Ajanah died a natural death”, urging the people of Kogi State not to attribute the death of the Chief Justice to any other thing than natural death.

Yahaya Bello who described the late Chief Judge as a jurist per excellence and a lover of peace, said the people of the state should not live in the fear of COVID-19.

Bello added that nothing kills faster like fear, adding that COVID-19 is only out to create fear, and panic.

CAPITAL POST reports on Sunday that the late Chief Judge of Kogi State died in Gwagwalada COVID-19 isolation centre.

His remains were buried at the COVID-19 section, Gudu cemetry in the Federal Capital Territory.
