The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has released the full list of the 204 polling units where elections will not be conducted in 28 states including the Federal Capital Territory.
The Chairman, Professor Mahmood Yakubu, said this during a meeting with the national leaders of political parties in Abuja on Monday.
Giving the reason, INEC said the affected polling units do not have newly registered voters, adding that no voter also transferred to those polling units as a result of insecurity.
