BREAKING: Supreme Court affirms Hon. Uchola as PDP candidate for Idah Federal Constituency

The Supreme Court sitting in Abuja on Friday laid to rest the contentious Peoples Democratic Party primary election for Ofu/Igalamela/Idah/Ibaji Federal constituency as Hon. Uchola Ojogbane Omale has been affirmed as the flagbearer.

In a unanimous judgement, the apex Court urged the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to enlist the name of Hon. Uchola Ojogbane Omale as the PDP flagbearer for the February general election.

In his remarks, the PDP flagbearer, Hon. Uchola described the victory as victory for the growth for Federal Constituency, promising that he will effectively represent the good if elected into the lower legislative chamber of the National Assembly.

The PDP flagbearer called on his opponent to join hands with him in ensuring victory for the PDP, described the victory as victory for all.
