Honourable Hauwa Abdullahi Gambo, the African Democratic Congress (ADC) candidate for Chikun/ Kajuru Federal constituency has given the assurance that if elected she will provide purpose driven representation that will enhance the lives of the people of her constituency.
Hauwa Gambo who spoke elaborately about her plans during a media parley organized by the Kaduna state council of the Nigerian Union Journalists (NUJ), lamented the level of neglect of the people of Chikun/Kajuru Federal constituency. She said that her resolve as a politician is to win the election that will take her to the National Assembly where she will not only make good legislations, but also attract massive development to the area.
The ADC candidate lamented the level of unemployment among young people. She promised to overcome this challenge by providing local and global opportunities, including the unlimited income potentials available via the internet.
She promised to focus on empowering women to enhance their strategic roles at their respective homes and in the larger society. Hauwa Gambo pointed out that when women are adequately empowered, most of the challenges faced in Nigeria will be diminished and Nigeria will move towards recovery and growth.
Saying that “it is time to change the narrative”, the ADC candidate called on the electorates in Chikun/ Kajuru Federal constituency to come out in their large numbers to vote for her as she will not disappoint them as their representative.
