Ahead of2023 elections, the New Nigeria Peoples Party, NNPP, vow to take over Nasarawa state during governorship and assembly elections in the state.

The Director General of Nasarawa NNPP gubernatorial candidate campaign organization, Barr. Innocent Lagi dropped the hint in an interaction with our correspondent in Lafia.

He said: “Our gubernatorial candidate in person of Alhaji Abdullahi Yakubu Maidoya possess all what it takes to govern this state as a young, vibrant and skillful person who will bring transformation in all ramifications.

Barr. Lagi further explained that before joining politics, Maidoya has so many foundations aimed at uplifting the less privileged ones in the society which earned him respect and support by all manners of people.

The D-G Maidoya campaign organization, blamed the untold hardship facing many families as a result of the All Progressives Congress, APC’s bad governance.

“As a journalist can you mentioned one or more project that was executed by this government that has a direct bearing on the lives of commoners?

“For your information what we are witnessing today is bad road network, absence of drugs in our hospital, our children are not in school and insecurity and among others.

He pointed out that people of Nasarawa state have returned to their senses and therefore, they will not vote APC again, while expressing optimism that the NNPP will clinch power.

“People have accepted Maidoya’s candidature beyond reasonable doubt.” He added.

He called on electorate to shun money politicians who have nothing to offer, just as he urged them to cast their vote for people who have them at heart.
