Breaking: Appeal Court upholds Oshiomhole’s suspension as APC National Chairman
The Court of Appeal, Abuja division late Tuesday upheld the suspension of Comrade Adams Oshiomhole as the National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
In a three man unanimous judgement, justices of the appellate court held that the appeal Oshiomhole lodged to challenge his suspension lacked merit having been suspended by his ward.
Justice Mohammed Lamido, who delivered the lead verdict, dismissed the appeal and affirmed the decision of an Abuja High Court that earlier validated Oshiomhole’s suspension by his ward in Edo State.
CAPITAL POST reports that Oshiomhole has been having an epic battle with his estranged political godson, Godwin Obaseki who has been disqualified from contesting the second tenure of office.
