Bayelsa based kidnap kingpin, ‘Lyon’ arrested, cried for mercy

Popular kidnap kingpin, John Lyon has been arrested from his hideout and was immediately handcuffed in Abuja, the nation’s capital.

In a video which has gone viral, the suspected kidnapper was seen handcuffed by police, cried for mercy and said his wife has just given birth to a baby boy.

While crying, he also told the police that he kidnapped people only two times.

He has been on the wanted list of the Police and was tracked to Abuja through, electronic means, CAPITAL POST has learnt.

Intelligence reports that available information indicated that Lion is part of those terrorizing Bayelsa State and its environs.
