The Nasarawa State Chairman of New Nigeria Peoples Party, NNPP, Hon. Sidi Mohammed Bako has described the 2023 Presidential candidate, Musa Rabiu Kwankwaso as best among all the candidates seeking for the nation’s number one seat.
He stated this in an interview with our correspondent at the party headquarters in Lafia, saying that Kwankwaso’s track record as governor of Kano state speaks volume of him.
“If you can go back to the drawing board to check all the records of those jostling for the presidential seat are former vice president and former governors in their respective states, but what Kwankwaso did in his state are so numerous compared with others.
“As I speak to you now everyone knows the capacity of our presidential candidate where he tackled so many issues for the betterment of his people.
Hon, Bako was optimistic that if Kwankwaso is elected as President of this country, the issue of insecurity will be a thing of the past,” Because of his vast experience in handling anything that will affect his subjects with all seriousness.
“Few things that Kwankwaso did in Kano state which will not be forgotten in a hurry was the allowing indigenous students to study medicine, pilot, agriculture and the construction of road network to mention, but a few.
While speaking on Nasarawa gubernatorial candidate on the party, Hon. Abdullahi Yakubu Maidoya, the State chairman revealed that the party gained support day in day out.
“People are tired of the All Progressives Congress, APC and Peoples Democratic Party PDP for failing them. Just as he said a farmer in the farm doesn’t make noise while farming that is exactly what we are doing and we have already reached out to people at the grassroots and the response was positive.
The NNPP boss promised that people of the state will witness a tremendous change when they clinch power in 2023.
“Some things we intend to provide for our people include sponsorship of our students to study not only here in Nigeria but abroad in the field of medicine, engineering, science courses, etc.
He called on party loyalists to be law abiding citizens and ensure they collect their permanent Voters Card PVCs as it is the only weapon to elect all the party candidates in the forthcoming elections.
