The presidential candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, and Labour Party (LP), Peter pan on Monday attended the annual conference of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) in Lagos.
The conference is currently holding, but the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu was absent.
Peter Obi and Atiku Abubakar are already at the venue at the Eko Hotels and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos to honour the invitation.
CAPITAL POST however, learnt that Tinubu’s running mate, Senator Kashim Shettima was present to represent the candidate.
The 2022 NBA AGM is themed, “BOLD Transitions” and its General Conference is expected to hold between August 19 and 26, with the opening ceremony happening Monday.
