Malami marries Buhari’s daughter as third wife in secret ceremony
The Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami on Friday took the daughter of President Muhammadu Buhari’s daughter as third wife.
He got wedded to Nana Hadiza BUhari, who is the daughter of President Buhari’s first wife.
Nana was formerly married to Abdulrahman Mamman Kurfi whom she had six children before they divorced over unresolved issues.
The ceremony of the marital bliss was secretly conducted somewhere in the villa and not many government officials working in the villa knew about it, a source said.
Aged 41, Nana will be Malami’s third wife after Aisha and Fatima and all of them were expected to live with their husband in Abuja.
Malami is a former gubernatorial aspirant in the recent concluded gubernatorial primaries on the platform of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) for Kebbi.
Malami was appointed as AGF and minister of justice after President Buhari won the election in 2015 — he was re-appointed on August 21, 2019.
