Plateau LP governorship candidate picks running mate
The Labour Party governorship candidate in Plateau State ahead of the 2023 general election, Ambassador Yohanna Margif has picked Engr. Jack Dung Bot as his running mate.
It would be recalled that Margif emerges the candidate of the Labour Party last week after he left the APC in controversial circumstances having purchased the party’s nomination form to Contest.
However, Margif on Wednesday picked his running mate, Engr. Dung Bot at a brief ceremony held at the Labour Party office, Bukuru Express Road Jos.
He became the first governorship candidate in the state to have picked his running mate before the INEC deadline.
While presenting his running mate to supporters and party officials at the party office, Ambassador Margif
said they will work together with Plateau people to ensure that the party take over the Little Rayfield Government House Jos come 2023.
“We promise never to waiver or fail. We promise to energize and mobilize our teaming supporters in the next phase of the struggle, I put myself to the task knowing fully well that the foundation laid by our founding fathers must never be destroyed but built upon,”
Engr. Jack Dung Bot who is from Barkin Ladi Local Government of the state and also Berom by tribe said his desire is to served Plateau State and will support the Candidate with all his strength to reclaimed Power come 2023.
“I am out for service, my desire is to serve Plateau State with the whole of my heart, and by the Grace of God, i will do my best and support this mandate to reclaimed power come 2023”
