Kogi Politics: Okai’s Victory Youths lauds PDP

A foremost sociopolitical forum, Kogi Youth Roundtable has sent a congratulatory message to Comrade Austin Okai, CNA over his recent victory at the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) conducted primary election in Kogi state.

A statement signed by the National Publicity Secretary of the forum, Comrade Jerry Ochada said Okai is a young man full of great potentials capable of making remarkable difference in the Green Chamber.

“We are not surprised over your recent victory at the poll. It is the beginning of good tidings and be rest assured Kogi youths are proud of you irrespective of party affiliation. You have also proved beyond doubt that you are a voice to reckon with in Kogi politics and Nigeria political interplay ably displayed in your consistent effort demanding for good governance in Kogi state.

“Your exemplary agitation for justice, equity and transparency will speak volume as a Federal Legislator. We are tasking you to go and represent your people but ensure you write your name in gold because you are practically representing Nigerian youths in the upper echelon of political debate. We have confidence in your vocal posture. We are unanimously sure you will make us proud.

“We (Kogi youths) are proud of you. Remember, you are a model to many therefore you must continue to showcase the best ideals of democracy as you assumed duties immediately after the General Election because your winning is sure by the special grace of Almighty God”, the statement reads in part.

Okai is aspiring to represent Dekina/Bassa Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives in 2023.
