Defeated Reps aspirant sends hunters, vigilantes after PDP delegates, recovers over N100 million in Kaduna
A House of Representatives aspirant who lost the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the incumbent in the primary election moved from house to house in search of delegates to recover his money.
Before the election which he lost to the incumbent, he had distributed “money for votes” to delegates in order to secure the ticket.
He moved around with hunters and vigilantes looking for delegates who collected his money, but didn’t vote for him and as Tuesday evening, he has recovered over N100 million.
In a verified Tweeter handle of former Senator and Civil Rights activist, Shehu he wrote that the aggrieved aspirant moved from house to house with hunters and vigilante men looking for the delegates.
CAPITAL POST had reported that Kaduna State Peoples Democratic Party had conducted its primary election for States, House of Representatives and the Senate with the election lost and won.
The primary election for governorship slated for today was expected to come up later.
