Breaking: High Court orders Orji Uzor Kalu’s release from prison
Nigeria’s Federal High Court on Tuesday ordered for the immediate release of Senator Orji Uzor Kalu from detention where he was serving a 12 years sentence handed him by Justice Idris.
Recall that Supreme Court had on May 8th nullified Senator Kalu’s conviction. the apex court in its judgment declared that the judgement delivered be set aside.
